Redwood Technologies processes candidate data submitted through this portal for recruitment purposes only. This portal is separate from our internal ERP systems — candidates cannot access internal HR or recruiter tools.
What we collect
- Contact details and CV you submit
- Consent choices and policy version accepted
- Submission timestamps for audit and retention
Lawful basis
We rely on your explicit consent when you apply or submit a CV. You may withdraw consent or exercise your rights using the privacy request form.
Retention (UAE PDPL / GDPR baseline)
Application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you opt in, for future role matching. Data is deleted or anonymised according to our retention schedule unless a longer period is required by law.
- Active applications: retained while the role is open and for a reasonable follow-up period
- Future-opportunities CVs: retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion
- Consent and audit logs: retained to demonstrate compliance
Cross-system processing
Valid submissions are transferred securely to our internal recruitment module via a signed server-to-server integration. Internal evaluation data (interview notes, scores, offers) remains in ERP and is not exposed on this portal.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Use the link below — we verify requests using the email from your application.
